Creole Okra - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 onion
    1 bell pepper
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1 lb. whole okra or 1 box frozen
    1 can stewed tomatoes
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Wash and cut okra into 3/4-inch pieces.
    Chop onion and bell pepper.
    Saute onion and pepper until tender in oil.
    Add stewed tomatoes and Ro-Tel tomatoes; add okra.
    Stew on low setting in skillet or cook in baking dish in oven until okra is tender.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
