Apple Crisp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. sliced apples
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. flour, sifted
    1 c. Quaker oats (uncooked)
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/3 c. melted butter
Preparation
    Place apples in greased, shallow baking dish.
    Sprinkle with lemon juice.
    Combine dry items.
    Add melted butter, mixing until crumbly.
    Sprinkle crumbs over apples.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until apples are tender.
