Shrimp Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 - 3 Tbsp. butter
    3/4 sm. onion, chopped
    1 - 2 green peppers, chopped
    1 1/4 c. celery, chopped
    1/2 lb. or 1/2 c. canned mushrooms (save water)
    2 c. raw shrimp
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Saute onion, green peppers and celery to remove stiffness. Add mushrooms and 2 cups raw shrimp.
    Cook rice (1 cup) in saucepan using mushroom liquid for part of liquid.
    Combine rice to shrimp mixture in casserole and fold in 1 cup sour cream.
    Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until hot.
