Sweet And Sour Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 broiler-fryer chickens, cut up
    8 oz. bottle Russian salad dressing
    1 3/8 oz. envelope dry onion soup mix
    10 oz. jar apricot preserves
Preparation
    In a large shallow baking pan, place chicken, skin side up, in a single layer.
    In a bowl, mix together salad dressing, soup mix and preserves.
    Pour over chicken. Bake, uncovered, in a 350\u00b0 oven, basting occasionally, about 1 hour or until fork can be inserted in chicken with ease.
    (Pour remaining sauce over chicken when serving.)
    Makes 8 servings.
