Sour Cream Peach Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 7 fresh sliced peaches
    5 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. sour cream
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. sugar
    1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
Preparation
    Combine peaches, flour, sour cream, salt and sugar.
    Pour into unbaked pie shell.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 15 minutes, then decrease heat to 350\u00b0 and bake for 30 minutes longer.
    Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar before baking, if desired.
