Picante Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 large eggs
    1/4 c. butter
    3/4 c. yellow cornmeal
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. buttermilk
    1/3 c. picante sauce
Preparation
    Heat an 8-inch cast iron skillet at 425\u00b0 for 5 minutes. Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl.
    Make a well in center of mixture.
    Set aside.
    Combine buttermilk, eggs and picante sauce.
    Add to dry ingredients, stirring just until moistened. Remove skillet from oven.
    Add butter and return to oven 1 minute or until butter melts.
    Pour mixture into hot skillet.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until golden.
    Serve immediately.
