Chicken Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 lb. boneless chicken
    2/3 c. sliced carrots
    1/2 c. broccoli florets
    1 medium onion, sliced
    2 envelopes Lipton cream of chicken Cup-a-Soup mix
    1 c. hot water
Preparation
    Heat oil in skillet.
    Cook chicken and vegetables, stirring constantly, 5 minutes.
    Add Cup-a-Soup, blended with water. Bring to a boil, then simmer 5 minutes until sauce thickens. Serve over hot vermicelli or rice.
