Ingredients

6 cooked beets
2 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. flour
1 Tbsp. granulated sugar
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 tsp. caraway seed (optional)
Preparation

Peel and grate cooked beets.
Melt butter.
Add flour.
Bring to boiling point.
Add lemon juice, salt and sugar.
Mix with beets.
Boil for 2 to 3 minutes.
Add sour cream, heat and serve with main dish.
