Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 medium size potatoes
    1/2 c. butter
    2 pkg. shredded cheese
    1/4 c. dried chives
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 pt. sour cream
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Peel and cook 7 medium-sized potatoes.
    Cook, drain and refrigerate.
    Mash after chilled, but leave lumpy.
