Ceasar Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 cloves garlic, pressed
    1/3 tube anchovy paste
    1 tsp. mustard
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 egg yolk
    1/2 c. oil
    Romaine lettuce
    Parmesan cheese
    croutons
Preparation
    Wash and dry romaine; mix with a whisk the garlic, anchovy paste, mustard, Worcestershire sauce and lemon juice.
    Add egg yolk and oil and mix again.
    Pour dressing over lettuce.
    Add cheese and croutons and eat immediately.
