Beef Barbecue Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. ground chuck
2 green peppers, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 (14 oz.) bottle catsup
1 Tbsp. vinegar
2 tsp. brown sugar
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Lightly brown beef; add onion, celery and peppers and cook until tender.
Add remaining ingredients; cover and simmer about 45 minutes.
