Microwave Macaroons - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 2/3 c. flaked coconut
1 tsp. vanilla
2/3 c. Eagle Brand milk
Preparation

Combine ingredients in 2-quart glass mixing bowl.
Microwave on High 6 or 7 minutes until mixture loses its gloss.
Stir 3 or 4 times.
Drop by teaspoon on to waxed paper pressing to form cookie.
Cool.
Store in airtight container.
