Bourbon St Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. Red Beans
    2 Cloves Garlic
    1/3 c. Red Pepper (Diced)
    1/3 c. Yellow Peppers (Diced)
    1 Yellow Onion, chopped
    1/2 lb. Smoked Ham
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
    Louisiana Hot Sauce
    Salt
    Pepper
    Olive Oil
    Rice
Preparation
    1. Soak beans overnight. Drain water and place beans in crock pot. Add fresh water until beans are covered.
    2. Saute onions, garlic, and peppers in olive oil and add
    to crock pot. 3. Add worcestershire sauce and slow cook for 2 hours.
    4. Add hot sauce, salt, and pepper to taste. Dice ham and
    add before slow cooking for 2 hours or until beans are
    at desired consistency.
