Apple Crisp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. sliced, peeled apples
    1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
    1/3 c. flour
    2/3 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    3/4 tsp. cinnamon
    3/4 c. quick oatmeal
    1/3 c. butter, melted
Preparation
    Arrange apple slices in a greased 8 x 8 x 2-inch pan and sprinkle with lemon juice.
    Combine flour, sugar, cinnamon and oatmeal.
    Add melted butter and mix until crumbly.
    Sprinkle over apples.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes or until apples are tender and top is golden brown.
    Makes 5 to 6 servings.
