Sauteed Trout - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8-inch) trout (per person)
    1/4 c. almond slivers
    1/2 c. butter
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Heat butter in large skillet; add fish and brown on one side about 3 minutes, then turn over and cook until flaky.
    Place fish on a heated platter.
    Place almond slivers and lemon juice in skillet and cook 2 to 3 minutes, until almonds are toasted.
    Pour almond mixture over fish.
