Shoo-Fly Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. lard
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 c. green label molasses
    1 tsp. soda
    2 c. boiling water
Preparation
    Mix first 5 ingredients by hand.
    Take out 1 cup crumbs for top.
    Mix remaining ingredients.
    Mix liquid and pour over crumbs. Beat and put in pan.
    Put crumbs on top and bake for 50 minutes at 350\u00b0.
