Parmesan Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c, butter or margarine, melted
2 tsp. Dijon mustard
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. dry bread crumbs
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
6 to 8 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
Preparation

In a pie plate or shallow bowl, combine butter, mustard, worcestershire and salt.
In a plastic bag, combine bread crumbs and cheese.
Dip chicken in butter mixture, then shake in crumb mixture.
Place in an ungreased 13 X 9 baking pan.
Drizzle with any remaining butter mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink and juices run clear.
