Octoberfest Sausage Brunch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs, beaten
    1 c. whipped cream
    3/4 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 c. (4 oz.) shredded cheese
    1/2 lb. smoked sausage/kielbasa, chopped
    1/4 c. green pepper
Preparation
    Combine
    eggs,\tcream,\tmustard,
    salt and pepper until well blended.
    Add
    3/4
    cheese,
    sausage
    and pepper.\tPour mixture into
    8-inch square baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and bake until cheese melts. Serves 4 to 6.
