5 Minute Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. milk
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 qt. canned fruit
Preparation
    In a 9 x 13-inch pan, melt butter at 350\u00b0.
    In a large mixing bowl mix sugar, milk and baking powder.
    Pour mixture over hot melted butter.
    Place canned fruit of any kind evenly over batter. Pour juice over all.
    Then sprinkle 1/2 cup of sugar over that. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Remove from oven and let sit 15 minutes.
    Serve topped with ice cream or whipped cream. (Personally I like pears used with this best.)
