Spaghetti Squash With Meat Sauce(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. extra lean ground beef
    1 large onion, chopped fine
    2 carrots, chopped fine
    1 rib celery, chopped fine
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/4 c. water
    1 bay leaf
    1/2 tsp. oregano leaves
    1/2 tsp. basil leaves
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    4 c. cooked spaghetti squash
    2 Tbsp. shredded Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cook ground beef 3 to 4 minutes in a 2-quart casserole on full power. Drain fat. Add onion, carrots, celery and garlic; combine well. Cover and cook 8 minutes longer or until vegetables are soft; stir several times while cooking. Add remaining ingredients, except Parmesan cheese and squash. Cook, covered, on full power 5 minutes, then at half power 15
    minutes. If sauce is too thick, add additional water.
