Cottage Cheese Spinach Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 oz. frozen spinach, chopped and thawed)
    1 c. low-fat cottage cheese
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    2 egg whites, stiffly beaten
    1/4 c. diced Mozzarella cheese
    2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Combine spinach, cottage cheese and nutmeg.
    Fold stiffly beaten egg whites through the spinach mixture.
    Pour into a nonstick baking dish or use pie plate sprayed with Pam.
    Top with diced Mozzarella cheese.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes (until firm).
