Seafood Salad(Serves 10) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined
    2 lb. crab meat (artificial)
    1 c. diced onions
    1 c. diced celery
    2 cans water chestnuts, sliced
    1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
    salt, pepper and Tabasco to taste
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    4 oz. herb seasoning
Preparation
    Pour the ingredients in a greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Add over top a package Pepperidge herb stuffing mixture, then pour 1/2 cup melted butter over stuffing.
    Bake, uncovered, 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
