Hershey'S Deep Dark Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 3/4 c. flour
    3/4 c. Hershey's cocoa
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    1 c. milk
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. boiling water or hot coffee
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease and flour pan (two 9-inch or 13 x 9 x 2).
    Stir together flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda and salt in mixing bowl.
    Add eggs (which are at room temperature), milk, oil and vanilla.
    Beat 2 minutes.
    Mix in the boiling water or hot coffee (I prefer coffee).
    Batter will be thin.
    Bake for 30 to 35 minutes
    for round pans or 35 to 40 minutes for rectangular pan.
    Check with toothpick.
    Cool and frost.
    Great with peanut butter cooked icing.
