Cranberry Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. ground cranberries
1 c. sugar
1 pkg. lemon jello
1 c. hot water
1 c. pineapple syrup
1 c. crushed pineapple
1/2 c. nuts (walnuts or pecans)
1 c. chopped celery
Preparation

Combine cranberries and sugar.
Dissolve jello in hot water; add syrup and chill slightly.
Add cranberry mixture, pineapple, nuts and celery.
Pour into mold, chill until firm.
Serve on crisp lettuce.
Pass mayonnaise.
