Jam Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. jam
    6 egg yolks (save whites)
    1/2 c. ground coconut (fresh)
    6 oz. ground raisins
    1/2 c. butter
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 Tbsp. soda
    3 c. flour
    1 c. ground nuts
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar. Add jam, then eggs, milk and flour. Mix by hand and add other ingredients. Mix and bake in 4 greased and floured pans and bake at 375\u00b0 until done. Cool in pans for 10 minutes, then cool on racks.
