Roast Beef And Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chuck roast
    1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    salt and pepper
    garlic
Preparation
    Cover the bottom of baking pan with foil.
    Sprinkle with brown sugar.
    Season roast with salt, pepper and garlic.
    Place in pan with dry soup mix around.
    Add soup and cover with foil.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 20 minutes per pound or until done.
    If more gravy is desired, double sugar, dry soup mix and cream of chicken soup. Gravy is delicious!
