Peanut Butter Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. unsalted margarine
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    1 egg
    1/3 c. peanut butter (without added sugar or salt)
    1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 c. unbleached or all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Cream margarine;
    gradually
    add
    sugar,
    beating until light and fluffy.
    Add
    egg
    and beat until mixture is smooth. Combine flour and soda;
    add
    to peanut butter mixture, mixing until
    well blended.
    Shape
    dough into 1 inch balls and then place 1 inch apart on ungreased baking sheets.
    Flatten into 2 inch
    rounds with
    a
    fork in a cross hatch pattern.
    Bake at 350\u00b0
    for\t8
    to 10\tminutes or until firm.\tTransfer to wire racks to cool. Yields 2 1/2 dozen.
