Mini Meat Loaves Wrapped In Bacon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 small onion
    1 egg
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/4 c. bread crumbs
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1/2 c. water
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. instant beef bouillon (dry)
    6 slices thin sliced bacon, cut in 1/2
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Mix all ingredients, except bacon.
    Shape mixture into 6 loaves.
    Crisscross 2 half slices bacon on each loaf.
    Tuck ends under loaf.
    Place on shallow baking pan.
    Bake uncovered for 50 minutes.
