Spice Marinade For Meat - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. coarse (kosher) salt
2 Tbsp. coarsely cracked black peppercorns
1/4 c. sweet Hungarian paprika
1 1/2 to 2 Tbsp. cayenne pepper
1 1/2 Tbsp. crumbled oregano
2 Tbsp. ground cumin
Preparation

Mix ingredients together and set aside in a covered jar for whenever you need it.
When you're ready to marinate the meat, for every 3 to 4 pounds of meat, put 2 tablespoons of the dry mixture, 1 medium onion, 2 garlic cloves, 2 tablespoons olive oil and 2 tablespoons lemon juice in a food processor and blend.
Smear over the meat and let marinate in the refrigerator overnight or at room temperature for 2 to 3 hours before grilling.
