Sweetened Condensed Milk - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. instant nonfat dry milk solids
    2/3 c. sugar
    1/3 c. boiling water
    3 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in container or blender.
    Process until smooth.
    Store in refrigerator.
    Makes approximately 1 cup, about the same amount as a can of commercial type, but at a lower cost.
    Use in pies, candies, frostings and desserts.
