Sour Cream Banana Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick margarine or butter
2 c. sugar
4 to 5 bananas, mashed
3 c. flour
2 tsp. soda
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
6 oz. sour cream
1 c. nuts
Preparation

Cream margarine and sugar together.
Add mashed bananas to creamed mixture.
Sift together flour, soda, baking powder and salt.
Add the beaten eggs and flour mixture to the first mixture; mix well.
Fold in the 6 ounces of sour cream and nuts.
Bake in two greased 8 1/2 x 5-inch loaf pans for one hour at 300\u00b0.
