Speedy Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can sweet potatoes, drained and mashed
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 unbaked 9-inch pastry shell
    1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
    2 eggs
    1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
Preparation
    Combine ingredients in a bowl; beat at medium speed with an electric mixer until well blended.
    Pour filling into pastry shell.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes; reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake for 35 minutes or until a knife inserted into the center of the pie comes out clean.
    Cool.
