Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. and 2 Tbsp. shortening
    4 to 5 Tbsp. cold water
Preparation
    Blend flour, salt and shortening with pastry blender until it resembles coarse meal.
    Then add water, stirring with fork.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 until golden brown, 20 to 25 minutes.
