Granny'S Barbecue - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 to 5 lb. beef or deer roast
2 c. catsup
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 c. sweet pickles, chopped
1 Tbsp. mustard
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/3 c. vinegar or lemon juice
salt to taste
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. barbecue sauce
Preparation

Cook meat until tender; flake and finely chop meat.
Blend all ingredients in large bowl except catsup and barbecue sauce.
If mixture is a little sour add more sugar.
Add catsup and barbecue sauce as needed.
Boil until thick, stirring often.
Pour over meat and simmer 10 minutes.
Serve over buns with cole slaw if desired.
