Seafood Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. shrimp
1/2 lb. scallops
1/2 lb. haddock, cut in pieces
butter or oleo
1/4 c. sherry
White Sauce
buttered crumbs
Preparation
-
Saute seafood in 2 tablespoons butter.
Add sherry gradually. Add white sauce; stir to blend.
Place in casserole.
Sprinkle crumbs on top.
Dot with butter.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
