Karen Kuhlman'S Country Club Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. red bliss potatoes
    2 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. dill relish
    1/4 c. sweet pickle juice
    2 Tbsp. Grey Poupon mustard
    1 tsp. dill weed
    6 hard-boiled eggs
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Boil potatoes in salted water until knife soft.
    Chop into bite size pieces.
    Add mayonnaise, celery, relish, pickle juice, mustard, dill weed, salt and pepper to taste.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Garnish with hard-boiled eggs.
