Ham Caribbean - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. fully cooked center-cut ham slice, cut 1-inch thick
    1 (8 oz.) can pineapple chunks (juice packed)
    1/4 c. packed brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/8 tsp. ground cloves or nutmeg
    1/3 c. orange juice or 1/4 c. orange juice plus 2 Tbsp. rum
    1/2 c. raisins
Preparation
    Trim fat from ham. Slash edges of ham at 1-inch intervals. Place on a rack in a shallow baking pan.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
