Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. sausage, browned (can be low-fat)
6 eggs or egg substitute
2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard (optional)
6 slices bread
1 c. grated cheese
black pepper to taste
Preparation

Brown sausage.
Drain.
Beat eggs with milk, salt, mustard and pepper.
Place bread slices in a buttered 9 x 12-inch casserole. Cover with cheese and a layer of sausage.
Pour egg mixture over layers and sprinkle with a little extra cheese.
Refrigerate overnight.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
Serves 8 to 10.
