Pumpkin Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1/4 tsp. cloves
    2 slightly beaten eggs
    1 (14 1/2 oz.) can evaporated milk
    2/3 c. Minute rice
    1/2 c. raisins
Preparation
    In mixing bowl, combine pumpkin, sugar, salt and spices.
    Stir in eggs.
    Add evaporated milk.
    Mix well.
    Stir in rice and raisins. Pour mixture into 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Place casserole in pan with water to depth of 1 inch.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Stir mixture until well combined.
    Bake 50 to 60 minutes more or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
