Perfect Pastry Mix - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. salt
    2 c. shortening
Preparation
    Mix flour and salt into bowl.
    Cut in shortening until crumbly. Store in covered bowl in refrigerator for 1 month or less.
    Toss with fork to lighten before measuring.
    Mix 1/4 cup pastry mix with 2 or 3 tablespoons cold water for each 9-inch crust.
