Blueberry Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pt. fresh blueberries
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. water
Preparation

Rinse fresh berries and drain well.
In saucepan, melt sugar and cornstarch.
Add water and lemon juice.
Stir until dissolved. Add berries and bring to a boil for 1 to 2 minutes or until clear and slightly thickened, stirring carefully to avoid crushing berries.
Serve warm or chilled over pancakes or white cake.
