Coconut Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter
    3 c. sugar
    5 eggs
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. vanilla
    7 oz. coconut
    1/2 c. oil
    3 c. Swans Down cake flour
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Combine butter and sugar.
    Add 1 egg at a time, beating after each.
    Slowly add flour with baking powder mixed into flour. Alternate, adding flour and milk.
    Beat in oil and vanilla.
    Fold coconut into batter.
    Bake 1 1/2 hours in 350\u00b0 oven.
    Let cool in pan.
