Quick Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. warm water
    1 pkg. yeast
    1/4 c. sugar
    2 1/4 c. flour
    1 egg
    1/4 c. Crisco
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast and about 1/2 of flour in the water.
    Beat about 2 minutes.
    Add egg, salt, Crisco and sugar.
    Let rise about 40 minutes.
    Stir down, roll out and cut.
    Let rise to double in size.
    Bake.
