Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen mixed vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots)
    1 pkg. frozen string beans
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    8 to 12 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 can Durkee fried onions
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    \"Nuke\" each bag of vegetables for 5 minutes in microwave.
    Mix soup and sour cream together and pour over vegetables.
    Mix together.
    Add 3/4 of the cheese and 3/4 of the onions.
    Mix well. Add salt and pepper.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1/2 hour.
    Sprinkle remaining cheese and onions on top and put back in oven for about 5 minutes, until top is crunchy and crispy.
