Baked Grits Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. grits
    1/2 stick margarine
    salt to taste
    1 c. milk
    3 eggs, separated
    1 c. grated sharp cheese
Preparation
    Cook grits; add margarine, cheese, milk and egg yolks.
    Fold in beaten egg whites.
    Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
