Cucumber Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon gelatin
    1/2 c. boiling water
    1 large cucumber, chopped
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 green bell pepper, chopped
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    12 oz. cottage cheese
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in boiling water in bowl.
    Add cucumber, onion, green pepper, vinegar, mayonnaise and cottage cheese; mix well.
    Pour into serving bowl.
    Chill until set.
    Yield:
    6 servings.
