Pecan Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 c. finely chopped pecans
2 c. sifted confectioners sugar
1/2 c. flour, sifted
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. baking powder
4 egg whites, beaten stiffly

Preparation

Mix pecans and confectioners sugar well.
Add sifted flour and baking powder and continue to mix well.
Add teaspoons of vanilla. Add whites of eggs that have been stiffly beaten.
Drop by 1/2 teaspoon on a greased cookie sheet and bake until slightly brown. Have your oven a little less than 250\u00b0.
