Salmon Cheddar Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans flaked salmon, deboned
    2 unbaked pie shell
    4 lb. Cheddar cheese
    1 doz. eggs
    3 Tbsp. dill weed
    1 Tbsp. ground mustard
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    1 Tbsp. garlic
Preparation
    Very lightly mix the salmon, Cheddar cheese, eggs and seasonings in mixing bowl.
    Pour equal amounts in each pie shell. Bake in a 325\u00b0 oven for 25 to 30 minutes or until firm. Serve with dollop of sour cream and fresh fruit.
