Blueberry Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 qt. fresh blueberries
1 tsp. vinegar
1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
nutmeg
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
pastry for 2-crust pie
Preparation

Set oven to 425\u00b0.
Wash blueberries; drain.
Line 9-inch pie pan with pastry and flute edge.
Combine vinegar, sugar, flour and nutmeg with berries.
Turn into pastry shell and dot with butter. Cover with pastry.
Seal edge.
Bake pie 10 minutes.
Reduce heat to 375\u00b0 and bake 25 minutes longer.
