Ginger Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. shortening
    1 c. sugar
    1 egg
    4 Tbsp. dark molasses
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 c. flour
Preparation
    Cream shortening, sugar, egg and dark molasses.
    Mix well and add ginger, cinnamon, baking soda and flour.
    Chill and roll in ball about the size of a walnut.
    Then roll in granulated sugar. Put on ungreased cookie sheet; bake at 375\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
